Hilton Grand Vacations is developing its fourth resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The new resort, called Ocean Reserve, will feature 227 suites and is expected to open in the second quarter of 2028.
Construction is currently underway at the site, located at 23rd Avenue North and North Ocean Boulevard. The resort will be situated directly beside Hilton Grand Vacations’ existing Ocean 22 property, and the two will operate as a shared campus.

The resort’s inventory is geared towards families and longer stays, with every suite featuring a full kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. A set of presidential suites will be located above a rooftop pool deck facing the Atlantic.
Ocean Reserve will also offer a range of amenities, including an indoor pool, a bar, a deli, a fitness center, and a multipurpose activity space. Guests will be within easy reach of the city’s main dining, shopping, and entertainment districts.
This project is the sixth that Hilton Grand Vacations has developed with Strand Capital Group, a South Carolina firm. J.
