The Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Boston is offering four Thanksgiving dining options for November 26, 2026, catering to guests who prefer to dine in the hotel, at home, or in private settings.
Midday buffet in the Symbol Ballroom
The hotel’s Symbol Ballroom will host a Thanksgiving buffet from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring seafood, carved meats, and seasonal desserts. The menu includes oysters, lobster salad, slow-roasted heritage turkey, and bourbon maple-glazed Atlantic salmon with caviar. Vegetarian options like mushroom truffle ravioli and acorn squash risotto with Wagyu beef short ribs are also available.
Children’s selections include macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, and fries. Desserts range from traditional pies to maple-glazed apple fritters and ice cream. Admission costs $249 per adult and $85 per child under 12, with reservations required through the hotel’s booking page or by calling 617 936 4876.
Evening dining at Trifecta
For a later meal, Trifecta, the hotel’s lobby lounge, will serve Thanksgiving specials from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The menu includes turkey and Brie crostini, a heritage turkey dinner with chestnut-and-brioche stuffing, and Gala apple tart with vanilla bean ice cream. Reservations are encouraged and can be made online or by phone at 617 936 4876.
Unlike the buffet, Trifecta’s offerings blend seasonal dishes with its regular menu, providing a more casual dining experience. The lounge remains open for guests who prefer a relaxed evening setting.
Take-home family dinners for at-home celebrations
The culinary team is also preparing a ready-to-serve Thanksgiving dinner for households hosting away from the hotel. Each order, priced at $649, serves four to six people and includes a whole roasted turkey from Misty Knoll Farm, sides like potatoes with confit leeks, Brussels sprouts, and a choice of pumpkin, pecan, or apple pie.
Pickup is scheduled for November 26 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Orders must be arranged in advance by calling 857 449 2435. The announcement does not specify a final deadline for reservations.
Private gatherings and extended stays
The hotel is also offering private Thanksgiving events in its meeting spaces and suites, including the St. James room and The Charles Suite, which overlooks Back Bay and the Charles River. Private-event dining costs $230 per adult and $62 per child under 12, with children under five dining free. Venue fees apply in addition to dining charges.
Guests can contact the events team at 617 530 1826 or via email at [email protected]. The hotel’s 214 rooms and suites are also available for guests extending their stay, with reservations bookable through the official website or by calling 617 502 3700.
All menu details, pricing, and booking arrangements are based on the hotel’s October 21 announcement. Availability may change as the holiday approaches.
